Our professional carpet cleaning service utilises Chem-Dry’s own, proprietary Hot Carbonated Extraction system (HCE) or buffering system which uses considerably less water than steam cleaning, leaving amazingly clean carpets in a matter of hours instead of days. HCE works by generating millions of tiny effervescent bubbles which penetrate through the fibre to the carpet backing, dissolving dirt, stains and acting as propellants which lift dirt to the surface ready for removal.

During the cleaning process Chem-Dry uses a proprietary cleaning solution called The Natural, a non-toxic solution . Once the Natural has lifted dirt to the surface it is removed using a high performance suction unit or a super absorbent rotating pad.
